By accessing and using Gowevo's web hosting services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Description of Services

Gowevo provides web hosting services including shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and cloud hosting solutions. Our Services include server space, bandwidth, email accounts, and related technical support as specified in your chosen hosting plan.

Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
• Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or bulk communications
• Hosting malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Adult content, gambling, or other restricted content
• Activities that could harm our infrastructure or other users
• Excessive resource usage that affects server performance

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• All fees are due in advance according to your billing cycle
• Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• You are responsible for all taxes related to your use of our Services

Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. In the event of extended downtime due to issues within our control, we may provide service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation. Scheduled maintenance and issues beyond our control are excluded from uptime calculations.

Data Backup and Security

While we perform regular backups of our servers, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. We implement security measures to protect our infrastructure, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your own applications and data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gowevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our Services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Domain registration fees, setup fees, and add-on services are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for policy violations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or account notifications.
